Tracking has continued in our rehearsal/recording compound for the new (still untitled) release. This week marked completion of guitars, synths + loops, vocals should be completed soon. After a quick mix, we’ll be releasing the final results into the wild shortly.

Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues, we will not be able to play the Riverwest Fest II show on 12.17.11 at Quarters. But you should be going anyways to soak up the local noise. We will however be playing the night before, 12.16.11 at Cactus Club with old friends Disguised As Birds + old rivals Worrier. All the info is on the shows page.

Sessions have begun on more new recordings in our home studio/rehearsal space/cult hq while we wrap up mixing a few we tracked over the summer. Ben Glawe was generous enough to lend his audio prowess and we think the initial results are pretty, pretty, pretty interesting. Not one to fall jinx, T. Feret laid down most drum tracks in the first take – with the remainder taking less than two. His new love of Lars Ulrich signature sticks has really paid off. Stay tuned for further developments.
